Who do I contact if I need a product replaced or fixed under warranty?
Drop us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and the reason for your claim. Any images or videos of the defects needing to be fixed or replaced is helpful for our team in assessing what solution needs to be implemented. The Recess Customer Happiness team will get back to you as soon as possible and let you know next steps.
The benefits provided under any Recess Warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
