Your Guide to Office Desks
How high should an office desk be?
Most office desks are about 72-75cm high, which suits most people. If you want the perfect fit, an adjustable desk lets you set it exactly to your comfort.
Is a standing desk better for you?
It can be! Standing desks help break up long hours of sitting, which is great for your posture, energy, and focus.
How to stand at a standing desk?
Stand tall with your shoulders relaxed, elbows at 90 degrees, and your screen at eye level. A supportive mat under your feet can make it even comfier.
How often should you stand at your desk?
Aim to alternate every 30-60 minutes. Think of it as giving your body little movement breaks throughout the day.
What is office desk height?
The standard office desk height is usually around 72-75 cm, which suits most people. If you want the best comfort, an adjustable desk lets you set it up exactly how you like it.
Can I use my existing tabletop with a standing desk frame?
We totally get wanting to keep your favorite tabletop. Most of our desks are designed as a complete set to ensure everything is sturdy and works perfectly together, so we recommend using the full desk package for the best experience.
How do I maintain my desk?
Keeping your desk looking and working great is simple! Just give it a wipe down with a damp cloth, avoid harsh chemicals, and check screws or bolts every so often to make sure everything stays nice and sturdy.
Delivery and Shipping
How does shipping work and who handles delivery?
We’ve partnered with Allied Express to take care of all our deliveries, so your order is in safe hands. Shipping rates can vary depending on the product and your delivery address, and you can view full details in our shipping policy page.
If you have any questions or run into any issues, feel free to reach out to us via website chat, phone, or email.
Can I request professional assembly or white-glove delivery?
Is the Pope Catholic? Of course we do. If you’re in an eligible area, you’ll see the option to add our “Sit Back & Relax” service at checkout. This includes both delivery and professional assembly, so all you need to do is open the door, and we’ll handle the rest, including rubbish recycling and disposal.
Sit back, relax, and we’ll get everything set up just how you like it.
