Delivery and Assembly
How it comes?
The Ergo Chair comes delivered in a neat 15kg recycled cardboard carton.
The Standing Desk comes delivered in two separate recycled cardboard cartons: (1) Frame (33kg); (2) Table Top (16kg small and 23kg large).

I've got to say I was so happy with them I went and bough another couple of Ergos for the kids gaming room to replace their crappy gaming chairs that had fallen apart way too quickly.
They are well made, comfortable, adjustable and moving them around is pretty effortless too due to the great castors.

What a lovely organisation and top quality products. I bought a standing desk for my music station and it’s perfect. Functional and stylish, my favourite combination. I assembled it myself, which was relatively straightforward, though a few hiccups with the provided instruction. These however Were swiftly solved by the delightful Erica in customer service.

Returns and Refunds
All our products have a 30-day return policy due to a change of mind - see more here. However, we recognise returning our chairs back as they came in the original packaging is difficult for a multitude of reasons. As such, we ask customers to take extra care when unpacking all the items should a return be necessary. A chair may in some cases needs to be returned to us in separate cartons due to the difficulty of disassembling the gas lifting tube from the seat base. Please let our team know if this is the case.

Our assembly guides are in the footer of the website - take a look here! The desk is ideally put together with a drill for ease and quickness, but the chair is simple enough without the extra tools. You'll also find the user manuals at the end of each assembly guide.
