The Ergo Lounge is all about comfort without compromise. It’s supportive enough to get you through a work session, but cozy enough to curl up with your phone or favorite book after. Think of it as your new go-to chair for both focus and relaxation.You can choose from four stylish colors: Sand, Sage, Earth, and Charcoal, so it’s easy to find the perfect match for your space.
What kind of adjustments can I make with this chair?
You’ve got three ways to make it your own: adjust the height, lock or unlock the backrest tilt, and fine-tune the tilt tension. It’s all about finding the sweet spot for your comfort.
What’s the chair made of?
It’s wrapped in a durable polyester fabric that’s built to last. Comfy, breathable, and ready for everyday use, whether that’s long work sessions or late-night scrolls.
Will the wheels scratch my floors?
Absolutely not. The PU silent wheels glide smoothly and quietly. They’re gentle on hard surfaces and safe for carpet too, so you can roll around worry-free.
Does the Ergo Lounge have lumbar support?
The Ergo Lounge doesn’t include built-in lumbar support, it’s designed for laid-back comfort rather than upright task seating. If you’re looking for more structured back support, we’d recommend pairing it with one of our ergonomic office chairs.
Will I be able to assemble this by myself?
Yes, definitely. All our products are designed to be easy to assemble, even solo. Each piece comes with clear, step-by-step instructions (and the tools you need) so you’ll have it set up in no time.
Is the Ergo Lounge supportive of my back?
The Ergo Lounge is designed to give you the best of both worlds, comfort and support. It’s perfect for those who love a chair that feels as good as it looks. While it’s not quite as ergonomically advanced as our task chairs, it still offers more support than your average lounge chair so you can relax without sacrificing posture
Removable Armrests
Can I take the arms off if it doesn’t fit under my table?
Yes, absolutely. You can choose to leave the armrests off during the initial assembly, or remove them later if you find they’re getting in the way. It’s super easy to adjust based on your setup and comfort preferences, no stress, just flexibility.
Maintenance and Longevity
Can the chairs be cleaned easily? How should I clean them?
Absolutely. Keeping your chair looking fresh is super easy. Just give the fabric a light vacuum every now and then (low suction works best) to remove dust or crumbs. For small spills, gently dab the area with a sponge and a mild wool detergent, shampoo, or cleaning fluid. If you rinse with water, make sure not to soak the fabric, just sponge lightly and let it dry completely before using again. Your chair will look as good as new.

Returns and Refunds
All our products have a 30-day return policy due to a change of mind - see more here. However, we recognise returning our chairs back as they came in the original packaging is difficult for a multitude of reasons. As such, we ask customers to take extra care when unpacking all the items should a return be necessary. A chair may in some cases needs to be returned to us in separate cartons due to the difficulty of disassembling the gas lifting tube from the seat base. Please let our team know if this is the case.
