Our Standard Shipping service delivers your chair to your front door or foyer only. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide customers have the option to upgrade to our 'Sit Back and Relax' delivery and assembly service at checkout. Our Standard Shipping delivery timelines are below:*

Comfortable chair
Received my delivered chair after approximately four week wait.
Assembly was reasonably easy and no fuss. There is the option to install the arm rest if you wish or leave them off.
Functionally the seat is easy to adjust to find the best comfort position and height for working
I work from home 2 days per week and this chair is perfect for my needs.
I’m 185cm and 100kg. The chair deals well with my weight no creaks or squeaks.
The chair rolls smoothly on a carpet protector without running away.

So comfortable I don't even notice
Having used my chair for two weeks now, I suddenly realised I can sit for very long periods with no urgency to get up and stretch or move around. I feel I sit straighter and with a much better adjustable height (particularly for the armrests) it has mad typing and working at my desk very simple.

Quick delivery, easy to assemble, and high quality
We have a picky team who like to complain, but we have high standards and have just completed an expensive office fitout, so were looking for a chair that would meet our team's needs, and also suit our new office. This chair does it all. It's simple, but refined. Love that you can choose whether to have arms installed or not, but if you don't, it doesn't look unfinished or out of place. Very happy with this purchase!

Returns & Exchanges

All our products have a 30-day return policy due to a change of mind - see more here. However, we recognise returning our chairs back as they came in the original packaging is difficult for a multitude of reasons. As such, we ask customers to take extra care when unpacking all the items should a return be necessary. A chair may in some cases needs to be returned to us in separate cartons due to the difficulty of disassembling the gas lifting tube from the seat base. Please let our team know if this is the case.
