Can I remove or adjust the armrests and headrest on my chair?
Absolutely. All our chairs come with the armrests and headrest (if purchased) unassembled, so you have full flexibility. You can choose to attach them, leave them off, or switch them on and off whenever you like, making it super easy to set up your chair just the way you like it.

Is the headrest adjustable?
Yep, it sure is. You can adjust the height so it sits comfortably at the right spot for your head and neck.

Is the headrest absolutely necessary?
Nope, it's totally optional. The chair feels great with or without it, but if you like a little extra neck support (especially when working with multiple screens), it’s a nice bonus.

Does the headrest help with posture?
Its value really comes into play when using a second screen while working. The second screen means your neck is straightened and not hunched over, which can cause back pain over a period of time. The headrest allows for that extra support so your neck can be straight and supported at the same time.

Is the headrest adjustable?

Who benefits most from the headrest?
Generally taller people who utilise multiple screens over a long period of time. If you’re shorter than 5’8” we probably wouldn’t recommend adding the optional headrest.

Can I add a headrest later?

What does “4D armrests” mean?
The armrests adjust in multiple directions: up/down (height), in/out (width), forward/back (depth). This helps support your arms and shoulders no matter how you sit or type.

Can I take the arms off if it doesn’t fit under my table?
Yes, absolutely. You can choose to leave the armrests off during the initial assembly, or remove them later if you find they’re getting in the way. It’s super easy to adjust based on your setup and comfort preferences, no stress, just flexibility.

How do I clean and maintain the chair?
Use a damp cloth for the mesh and seat. Avoid strong chemicals or soaking the materials. Check bolts occasionally to ensure everything stays tight.

Can the chairs be cleaned easily? How should I clean them?
Absolutely. Keeping your chair looking fresh is super easy. Just give the fabric a light vacuum every now and then (low suction works best) to remove dust or crumbs. For small spills, gently dab the area with a sponge and a mild wool detergent, shampoo, or cleaning fluid. If you rinse with water, make sure not to soak the fabric, just sponge lightly and let it dry completely before using again. Your chair will look as good as new.

We understand that repacking a chair exactly as it arrived can be a bit tricky, so we recommend taking extra care when unpacking, just in case a return is needed.

In some cases, chairs may need to be returned in separate cartons, as certain parts (like the gas lift) can be difficult to disassemble from the base. If this happens, just let our team know. We’re here to help and guide you through the process.
