Delivery and Shipping
We've partnered with Allied Express to handle all of our deliveries. Shipping rates vary depending on your product and shipping address, take a look at our shipping policy and pricing here. Removable Armrests and Headrest
All chairs come with the armrests & headrest (if you purchased one) unassembled so you can choose to put them on, keep them off or switch them easily whenever you like.

Returns and Refunds
All our products have a 30-day return policy due to a change of mind - see more here. However, we recognise returning our chairs back as they came in the original packaging is difficult for a multitude of reasons. As such, we ask customers to take extra care when unpacking all the items should a return be necessary. A chair may in some cases needs to be returned to us in separate cartons due to the difficulty of disassembling the gas lifting tube from the seat base. Please let our team know if this is the case.
