What makes the Ergo Chair ergonomic?
The Ergo Chair is designed to promote healthy posture with multiple points of adjustment. It includes adjustable lumbar support, seat height, backrest tilt, armrest height, and sliding seat depth.
Can I adjust the lumbar support for the Ergo Chair?
Yes! The lumbar support can be rotated to match the natural curve of your spine, offering personalised back support throughout the day.
What’s the weight capacity?
The Ergo Chair is rated to support up to 125kg.
Is seat depth adjustable for the Ergo Chair?
Absolutely. The seat cushion can be slid forwards or backwards to accommodate users with longer or shorter thighs, helping reduce pressure behind the knees.
Will I be able to assemble this by myself?
Yes, definitely. All our products are designed to be easy to assemble, even solo. Each piece comes with clear, step-by-step instructions (and the tools you need) so you’ll have it set up in no time.
Does this chair come with a seat tilt function?
Unfortunately not, at least not yet. We’ve had quite a few customers ask for this feature, and it’s something our design team is actively working on for future chair releases. Keep your eyes peeled for updates. Exciting things are in the works.
Removable Armrests
Can I attach or remove the armrests on my chair?
Yes. All chairs come with the armrests unassembled, giving you the freedom to attach them, leave them off, or switch them on and off whenever you like. This way, you can set up your chair exactly how it’s most comfortable for you.
Maintenance and Longevity
Can the chairs be cleaned easily? How should I clean them?
Absolutely. Keeping your chair looking fresh is super easy. Just give the fabric a light vacuum every now and then (low suction works best) to remove dust or crumbs. For small spills, gently dab the area with a sponge and a mild wool detergent, shampoo, or cleaning fluid. If you rinse with water, make sure not to soak the fabric, just sponge lightly and let it dry completely before using again. Your chair will look as good as new.

How does shipping work and who handles delivery?
We’ve partnered with Allied Express to take care of all our deliveries, so your order is in safe hands. Shipping rates can vary depending on the product and your delivery address, and you can view full details in our shipping policy page.
Can I request professional assembly or white-glove delivery?
Is the Pope Catholic? Of course we do. If you’re in an eligible area, you’ll see the option to add our “Sit Back & Relax” service at checkout. This includes both delivery and professional assembly, so all you need to do is open the door, and we’ll handle the rest, including rubbish recycling and disposal.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy, and what should I know before returning a chair?
We offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind purchases so you can shop with confidence. You can learn more about the details here.
We understand that repacking a chair exactly as it arrived can be a bit tricky, so we recommend taking extra care when unpacking, just in case a return is needed.
In some cases, chairs may need to be returned in separate cartons, as certain parts (like the gas lift) can be difficult to disassemble from the base. If this happens, just let our team know. We’re here to help and guide you through the process.
