How do pre-orders work?
More often than not, we have a sold out product/colour and you'll see the add to cart button show pre-order. Fear not, stock is on it's way but if not, say hey through the chat with us button and we'll let you know when it's expected!
Delivery and Shipping
We've partnered with Allied Express to handle all of our deliveries. Shipping rates vary depending on your product and shipping address, take a look at our shipping policy and pricing here. Multiple items have a shipping discount per item, if you have any issues regarding shipping, contact us via our website chat, phone or email.
